Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Vibranthex. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to subscription purchases of our health supplement products.

Subscription Options
We offer recurring delivery plans so you can receive your supplements on a regular basis without having to place a new order each time. Subscription frequency options include every 30, 60, or 90 days and are available for select products listed on our website.

Enrollment & Billing
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Vibranthex to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You will be charged the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change, but we will notify you in advance of any significant changes affecting your subscription.

Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders ship according to the frequency you select.

Shipping times and methods follow our standard Shipping Policy.

In case of out-of-stock products or delays, we will notify you promptly and may adjust the renewal date accordingly.

Managing Your Subscription
You may update your delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment details anytime through your account or by contacting Vibranthex Customer Support.

Any changes must be made at least 1 day prior to your next scheduled renewal to apply to that order.

Cancellation & Pausing
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time after the initial order has been processed.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation or pause requests must be submitted at least 1 day before your next renewal date.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but future orders can be managed.

Returns & Refunds
All subscription purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement containers cannot be accepted for return.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Communication
By subscribing, you agree to receive order confirmations, subscription reminders, and important service updates by email or SMS.

You may also receive promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

Termination by Vibranthex
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse subscription services at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, product unavailability, or failed payment authorization.
